DANCING FOR THE DREAMERS GALA
MEET THE PARTICIPANTS
Annually we host a gala where local "celebrities" come together in a ballroom dance competition to raise awareness around human trafficking and seek donations for operating costs for our organization.
We are so grateful to the community for getting involved and donating their time for such a great cause. Please take a moment to meet our emcee, celebrity judges, guest speaker, and celebrity dancers.

CELEBRITY JUDGE ~ SIPES
Kenny began as the President and Founder of The Roosevelt Coffeehouse, where he secured the non-profit determination, led all fundraising, secured the location of the coffeehouse, established the social media identity as well as city-wide networking, hired all staff and baristas, created all internal systems, managed the entire experience of the The Roosevelt Coffeehouse, and led the giving of over $125,000 to date.
The paramount goal of Roosevelt Coffee is to provide the coffeehouse with its own brand of coffee, fund long-term employment for the core staff, and to secure wholesale accounts where coffee shops can serve locally sourced, justice-minded coffee.
After doing relief work in Lesotho, Africa and Cambodia, Kenny was struck with the dire need of freedom, water, and food in underdeveloped countries and decided to take action. The Roosevelt Coffeehouse was created as a non-profit coffee shop to fund initiatives to do lifesaving work in the locations he had experienced first-hand.
